Tom Horkan was the first executive
director and
past counsel for the Florida Catholic Conference. In
March of 2004, he was named the Executive Director Emeritus by the Florida
bishops. He continues to offer legal advice and other
recommendations related to the public policy dealings of
the Conference. |
