Ms. Kay Rizzo serves as the
Associate Superintendent of Schools in the Diocese of
St. Petersburg. As Associate Superintendent, she is
responsible for curriculum development and instruction.
She has served as Chair in Accreditation Visiting Teams,
and helped to spearhead efforts to develop FCC standards
for special-needs schools.
Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts
in Elementary Education and English as well as a MAT in
Special Education and a Florida Professional
Certificate in Administration and Supervision.
