Please ask your Representative to request passage of Senate Bill 224.  Florida should join the list of 31 states that do not execute minors under the age of 18.

SB 2882 - Senate Voucher Accountability Bill (April 27, 2004)
Has passed the Senate and is now before House Members. The bill contains several provisions that established nonpublic school associations have supported throughout the session.

HB 1115 -
Children's Summer Nutrition Bill (April 27, 2004)

Please allow HB 1115 to be withdrawn from House Appropriations and put on the Special Order Calendar. Children should not have to go hungry during the summer months. Federal dollars are available for needed nutrition and faith-based and other providers are willing to serve as sites to help families feed their children.

SJR 2178 (Diaz de la Portilla) - Urge Passage Of Clean and Clear Amendments Without Exceptions (April 13, 2004)
Urge your Senator to pass out a clean and clear amendment without exceptions, allowing parents to be notified in advance of a child's intent to have an abortion.

SB 2978 - Educational Alert on Voucher Accountability (Call To Action Alert, Florida Federation of Catholic Parents (FFCP) and Interested Others) (March 23, 2004)
On Wednesday, March 24, SB 2978, the voucher accountability bill for the Corporate Tax Scholarship Program, will be presented in the Senate Education Committee.
