Authorizes an entity accredited by the American Association of Museums or certified by the Association of Science and Technology Centers to convey plastinated bodies into, within, or out of the state for exhibition and educational purposes. Requires that the entity provide prior notification and documentation to the state anatomical board.

The Conference seeks to ensure that exhibited bodies were obtained with informed consent of the deceased and ensure respect for the remains of the dead.
